How to inspire a diverse and globally spread workforce?

Challenges
Getting a brand book off the shelf and into the hearts and minds of your people can be a big ask if it’s seen as a boring ‘book of rules.’ Our challenge was to get it read and inspire all staff.
New direction
We designed the Air NZ brand book to the same size and shape as the new 787 aircraft window – try ignoring that when it lands on your desk!
Air NZ & Origami
In 2009 Origami developed the global brand architecture for Air New Zealand to create a tighter alignment between the internal culture and the way the brand is communicated externally. One of the core projects was the very successful restructuring of fare choice resulting in Seat, Seat + Bag, The Works and Works Deluxe fares.
