To transform the Fonterra Vision from a statement on a page into something that everyone in the company understood and embraced.
New Direction
Our company-wide ‘Put us in the Picture’ talent quest identified two lively Fonterra staff ambassadors who we sent on an international odyssey to ‘report back’ on what Fonterra means to people around the world. Their journey, by plane and tandem bike, was captured in a short documentary. Take a look.
